Firearms Appeal Evaluation Services
This is commonly known as FOID appeal evaluation. At MHS, we meet the core standard of providing evaluation services based on the Illinois State Police guide-lines. We utilize psychometric tools, past mental/physical health records, and legal history to determine firearm possession safety.
Divorce/Custody Evaluation Services
At MHS, we conduct evaluations governed by 604.10(b), 604.10(c), and 215 standards. Inter-views are conducted with all parties involved: children, parents, and friends or relatives, to make judicial custody recommendations. Please note that each evaluation is unique and may or may not require psychological testing tools.
Juvenile Forensic Evaluation services
At MHS, we conduct juvenile forensic evaluation services utilizing core psychometric tools to determine future antisocial/psychopathic behavior, rehabilitation potential, determination to trans-fer to adult court, miller sentencing guidelines and treatment recommendations, etc. All past mental, physical, and familial records will be used to create the most accurate report.
Other reports include, fitness for duty, adoption evaluations, military evaluations etc.
