Firearms Appeal Evaluation Services
This is commonly known as FOID appeal evaluation. At MHS, we meet the core standard of providing evaluation services in accordance with the Illinois State Police guidelines. We utilize psychometric tools, past mental/physical health records, and legal history to determine firearm possession safety.
Divorce/Custody Evaluation Services
At MHS, we conduct evaluations governed by 604.10(b), 604.10(c), and 215 standards. For judicial custody recommendations, interviews are conducted with all parties involved: children, parents, and friends or relatives. Each evaluation is unique and may or may not require psychological testing tools.
Juvenile Forensic Evaluation Services
At MHS, we conduct juvenile forensic evaluation services utilizing core psychometric tools to determine future antisocial/psychopathic behavior, rehabilitation potential, determination to transfer to adult court, Miller sentencing guidelines, and treatment recommendations, etc. All past mental, physical, and familial records will be used to create the most accurate report.
